Brendan and I got married on July 23, 2016, after almost 5 years of dating! Our wedding day will always be one of my favorite days of all time, and every time I am feeling down, I go back and look at our wedding day photos and video! Not only does it cheer me up, but every time I look I find a new favorite!

My favorite part of our wedding day will always be our first look. It was one of the few times during the day that Brendan and I were alone (aside from our photographers and videographers) and that moment was so, so special to me. That is why I always recommend my couples do a first look! Of all the moments throughout the day, it is the one that I remember the most vividly and with the most emotion. Brendan and I both cried like babies during the first look and when I was walking down the aisle!

Towards the end of our reception, we had a special guest come and visit: Louie from the Blues! It’s funny because my cousin had Fredbird come to her wedding, and then Brendan and I had Louie come to ours! It was definitely a highlight of the night for our guests who did a conga line with him to the song “We Are Family”.

I feel so blessed to have been able to find someone who was so perfect for me at such a young age and I will cherish our marriage for the rest of my life!
