One of the greatest things in the world is when you meet two people who make you instantly feel like a friend! Clayton and Melanie are so sweet and down to earth – their engagement session felt like more of a bonding session than a photo session (but don’t worry, I still got some gorgeous images!). Melanie’s sweet laugh is absolutely contagious and the way that Clayton looks at her is so sweet it could make you swoon.

Tower Grove Park is one of my favorite places for engagement sessions! There is so much diversity in locations around the park with not too much walking or driving. The iconic ruins next to the lake is always a fun place to snap photos as well. Luckily, even though the session was in August, it was one of the cooler days of the summer, and we were able to walk around to multiple locations around the park.

Clayton and Melanie are getting married next June, and I am so excited to share in their day with them! These two are so strong in their walk with Christ and it really shows in their relationship. I love how close they are to each other and to God, and that they are putting God at the front of their relationship. I know these two are going to be one of the sweetest married couples ever, and I cannot wait to see where life takes them!
