I have been looking forward to this engagement session for a long time – basically ever since Cameron and Amanda announced their wedding date! Amanda and I became close friends when we were in college, so I have been so lucky to be able to see her and Cameron’s relationship transform from being college students to now teachers! I feel so blessed that they chose me to be their wedding photographer! I am so excited to be able to spend the day alongside one of my dear friends as she marries the love of her life!

Cameron and Amanda met while in college to get their degrees in education, so we felt that it was only right to go back to where it all began – at Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville! We met up at The Gardens at SIUE for their sweet, fall engagement session! We were all so excited when we found that the entire gardens was filled with the most beautiful fall trees!

Even though it was a little chilly, we braved the weather to get some gorgeous fall images before all the leaves fell down for the year, and boy these colors do not disappoint! I am not a cold weather girl, but I sure do love some fall colors!

Their wedding will take place next November at one of my favorite venues, The Falls in Columbia! I am so excited to be able to spend the day alongside one of my dear friends as she marries the love of her life! I cannot believe how far my sweet friend has come, and I am so proud of her and Cameron as they continue to educate the future generations as teachers! I cannot wait to see where the future leads you and to watch as you continue to do great things!
